About the Founder & Director
Louise Blazik TDP (SP(c), CTM, RT, CHt, is a
member of CSTD (Canadian Society for Training & Development), ASTD
(American Society for Training & Development), CITC (Canadian Institute Travel Counsellors) and Association of
Independent Consultants. Louise designs and facilitates many of the
training and development projects. Louise has designed and presented training programs, workshops and seminars to thousands over the last twenty-nine years including seminar presenter at The National Consultation on Career Development (NATCON) in Ottawa Canada.
NATCON is the largest bilingual
international conference in the world addressing
career development and employment-related issues
co-sponsored by
Career Centre-University of Toronto, The Counselling
Foundation of Canada and
Human Resource Development Canada.
Louise often mentions one of her most interesting and exciting training and development initiatives was working with an Inuit community on an island in the Arctic Ocean in Nunavut. A warm welcome (although at -40c) by members of the community will be forever cherished.
