As Training and Development (T & D) professionals with a specialty in travel and tourism we are pleased to work with tour operators, tourist boards, travel agencies, home based, and consortiums/associations to develop, customize and facilitate training programs for staff, management and new hires. 

 

We also customize staff and management training programs for corporations, government and not for profit organizations.

One of our most interesting and exciting training and development initiatives was working with an Inuit community on an island in the Arctic Ocean in Nunavut. We were warmly welcomed by members of the community and will enjoy these incredible memories for many years to come.

Each company is unique, with this in mind, we are pleased to meet with your corporate training coordinator's to discuss how we may assist in achieving T & D requirements.

 

Our customized training programs are effectively aligned with a carefully prepared needs assessment to ensure anticipated outcomes and results are successfully achieved. 

 

Companies planning staff and management training are invited to e-mail a brief overview of requirements. One of our Training and Development Professionals will be pleased to make contact and arrange a personal meeting to discuss the project and proposal in more detail. 

 

Training and/or facilitating in-house training programs is also available. For existing staff and "New Hires" we highly recommend including a True Colors® program. Our trained facilitator can customize this program to focus on specific needs e.g. team building, conflict management etc.

Training Locations:
Seminars, workshops and training sessions are available on and off-site, locally and abroad. This will be particular interest and value to: Tour Operators, Tourist Boards, Airlines, Host Agencies, Consortiums, Associations, and others who appreciate the added value of incorporating T & D with educational (fam) tours.

 

Training Duration:
Typically courses range from a half day to one week. We do our best to accommodate the best timing and scheduling for our clients.

 

Certificates:
We issue a certificate for each participant upon completion of training.

 

CITC Educational Credits: Educational credits may be available toward the CTC (Certified Travel Counsellor) and/or CTM (Certified Travel Manager) designations.

 

Tax deduction:
T & D fees may be tax deductible.

 

HRSDC (Human Resources & Social Development Canada) & Other possible funding programs: We have been approved by HRSDC and others as a training institution for many years. Companies may be able to apply for staff and management T & D funding assistance.
