What are the admission requirements for Canadian students?
2. Mature Student (18 years of age and over)

What are the requirements for International Students? Requirements are the same for both International and Canadian Students: 1. Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent or 2. Mature Student (18 years of age and over)

How do I register?
What methods of payment are accepted?
Does the school organize special activities e.g. Field Trips, Guest Speakers etc.?
Yes! We believe it important our students have opportunity to meet and network with industry professionals and potential employers to learn more about their company, products & services.
What is your withdrawal/refund policy?
Registered students are required to provide notice in writing to the school of intention to withdraw from the program. Refund policy is explained on the Enrolment Contract (Registration Form).
How has the Internet affected the tourism industry?
Recent studies show consumers use the Internet to research destinations, hotels, cruise ships etc. however approx. 76% use the personal services of a trained professional travel agent/consultant) to book the best product at the best price.
